Unlike other umbrella companies, Green Lantern 35 has been so far to me the easiest and most straightforward management company I have used. When the agency pays them, I get paid. | I have previously been contracting using my own Company over quite a few years, and in the early days this was a feasible way to Contract, but the threat of IR35 made the running of my own Company no longer a worthwhile option, especially with the 5% Expenses rule, if falling under IR35 this reduced my flexibility at being able to work almost anywhere, because it became too expensive, hence limiting the work I could take. Green Lantern 35 provides a good IR35 approved solution, which is excellent and flexible, making life a lot easier. The Staff are helpful and friendly, quick to respond and very approachable. GL35 are very efficient at making payments to my account, which is very important, and I am better off financially with GL35, without the paperwork and hassle of running my own Limited Company. – Peter

I am an IT contractor and I have been in the IT market since 1998. Due to the nature of my field, I get very long contracts and get sent to different sites every week. Before joining, I found it too much of a hassle going from site to site weekly, but joining Green Lantern 35 as really made it worth my while as I get so many benefits from it. I feel personally, because Green Lantern 35 was formed by IT contractors, they know exactly what it is to be an IT contactor working in the field. | I have been a contractor since the 80’s and I have seen and been through ups and downs with umbrella companies. I don’t want to go into my past because I am firm believer of using past experiences to make the future far better and that is what joining Green lantern 35 has turned out to be for me. All I want to say is that since I joined Green Lantern 35, I have had peace of mind. I have never known an umbrella company to pay you in advance if you need some extra cash. Once you have a one to one personal relationship with them, they will look after you. They are good and I can say is that they have been the best umbrella company I have used.
