What makes Green Lantern 35 different from other management companies?
Green Lantern 35 is a 100% compalint PAYE Umbrella solution. We pay on time and there is no start up fee or minimum joining period. You don’t have to spend a minimum charge before you terminate your contract with Green Lantern 35. Our charges are low and reasonable. We have a one to one relationship with each contractor.
Does Green Lantern 35 require a set-up charge or any other payments?
No. You only pay a fee to Green Lantern 35 as your time sheets are processed and when you are in a contract. Green Lantern 35's aim is to put as much money in you pockets as we can. There are no hidden charges whatsoever. There is no small prints and you don’t need to read between the lines.
How often can I get paid?
You can be paid weekly or monthly. Your money is paid out of our system as soon as we’ve received the money from your agency and your expenses have been processed. You can change your payment arrangements whenever you want to.
Are there any risks involved with working with Green Lantern 35?
No. Green Lantern 35 is risk free, IR35 Compliant and fully approved by HMRC.
What do I do when my contract ends?
Green Lantern 35 only charge you when we process your timesheet/expenses. At the end of your contact if you want to terminate your contract with us, just fax us a notice of termination ane we will send you your P45. You can remain with us for free while you are looking for another contract.
How will I receive my payment?
Payment could be by BACS which goes directly into your bank account. If you required your money sooner that 3 days, we can make a CHAPS payment for same day/next day payment. But there is an extra charge.

Green Lantern 35 exists to provide a better quality of life for all of its employees. To this end we are happy to provide all of our employees with reference letters for mortgages and other financial arrangements and it doesn’t cost you a penny!
Who do I talk to if I have any questions before or after I join Green Lantern 35?
Our phone lines are open between 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday. Feel free to contact us whenever you want to with any questions you may have about our service at no cost to you. After all, it is in our interests as well to keep you well informed and up to date with regards to developments in our industry.
How are sickness pay and holiday pay calculated?
We hold back some money for holiday pay. We hold back this amount as it enables us provide our premium holiday and sickness payment services. But the great thing about this is that you still get paid whether or not you are in work just like a permanent employee because that is exactly what you are to Green Lantern 35…a permanent employee. If you don’t claim for sickness or holiday through out your contract, at the end of your contract the money we hold back will be paid to you as a bonus.
How do I put in a claim for holidays?
If you are going on holiday, just let us know in writing! It’s as simple as that! Just give us two weeks notice. This can be done by completing a holiday request form and faxing or posting it to us.
Can I refer any friends?
Of course you can. Bring them all in. They will benefit from our brilliant service and you get a whopping £50 with your next payment for each successful referral you make to us.
Why do I have to pay NI Contributions?
We are required by law to deduct National Insurance.
How can I be sure that my pay is correct?
Each time you are paid you will receive a payslip showing all the deductions from the pay.
Who do I send my timesheet to?
Simply fax your authorised timesheet to us. You should send the original copies to your agency where required.
When should I send in my timesheets?
The sooner the better, because once you send in the timesheets to us, we invoice your agency immediately. It might help for you to find out your agencies deadlines for this. That way you can send in your timesheet early enough for us to consequently issue an invoice to your agency before their deadline is reached.
What does Green Lantern 35 charge?
Green Lantern 35 offers a choice of fixed fee or variable fee to suit your need.
Do you pay dividends?
No we do not pay dividends. All our contractors are employees of Green Lantern 35.
